Instructions

1. Cut a 10" x 5" rectangle from Elephant cardstock. Fold it in half by bringing the 5-inch sides together to form a side-folding card.

2. Cut a 4 3/4" square from Pineapple Bliss cardstock. Use the circle punch to concave the corners. Adhere square to card, then add an antique copper brad next to each concave corner.

3. Stamp text background, stamping several rows of images on a piece of Lima cardstock using Coffee Bean ink. Stamp the images close together. Trim cardstock into 3" x 4" rectangle. Adhere to card, placing it about 3/8" in from the left edge of the pineapple bliss cardstock.

4. Cut a 1 3/4" x 4 1/4" rectangle from Cream Puff cardstock. Stamp two birdcage images on it using Coffee Bean ink. Use the masking paper to overlap the images. Use circle punch to concave the right side corners. Tint the edges of the rectangle using blending chalk. Mat the rectangle with Intense Teal cardstock. Concave the right side corners.

5. Cut a thin strip of Lima cardstock and a slightly thinner strip of Pineapple Bliss cardstock. Stack and glue the strips along the left side of the Cream Puff/teal rectangles. Trim the ends of the strips so they are even with Intense Teal rectangle.

6. Cut two pieces of jute twine and tie a knot in the end of each one. Glue a knot near the top of each birdcage image. Wrap twine up and over the top edge of rectangles. Secure the ends on the back. Add an orange brad above each knot. Use foam adhesive to adhere to the card, placing it about 1/8" from right side of Pineapple Bliss cardstock.

7. Cut a 1 1/4" square from Elephant cardstock. Stamp Thank You in the lower right corner using Coffee Bean cardstock. Adhere to Intense Teal cardstock and trim the cardstock so a very thin border shows along the top edge. Adhere square to the left of the birdcage images.

8. Stamp the bird with striped background image on Cream Puff cardstock using Terra Cotta ink. Cut the image roughly to shape and lightly tint the cardstock using blending chalk. Adhere to Intense Teal cardstock and trim the cardstock so a thin border shows along the left and top edges. Use foam adhesive foam to adhere image to the card, overlapping the top left corner of the Thank You square.

9. Stamp the birdhouse image on Lima cardstock using Coffee Brown ink. Cut the image to shape. Use the hole punch to punch out the birdhouse hole. Adhere image to Intense Teal cardstock and trim so a thin border shows all the way around. Use foam adhesive to adhere birdhouse below the bird image.
