Materials needed:
- 1½” x 1½” chiffon cardstock—Bazzill Basics (64 per 12” x 12” sheet)
- 2¼” x 5¼” thin stripe patterned paper—KI Memories (10 per 12” x 12” sheet)
- 3” x 5¼” blossom text or cover weight paper—Yours Truly (four per 8½” x 11” sheet)
- 5½” x 5½” chiffon cardstock—Bazzill Basics (two per 8½” x 11” sheet or four per 12” x 12” sheet)
- Stork die-cut embellishment—Yours Truly by Paper Salon
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Suggested tools:
- 1½” circle punch
- Paper trimmer
- Pencil
- Ruler
Instructions:
- Begin with a vertical (portrait) letter-sized document in a word-processing program. Adjust margins to 1¼” on the sides and ¼” on the top and bottom. Create two columns. You will be able to fit two invitations worth of text in each column, one at the top and one at the bottom. Type and format text, leaving room for embellishment.
- Print text on blossom paper and trim on all sides to create four 3” x 5¼” pieces.
- Adhere blossom paper to right side of invitation.
- Adhere striped patterned paper to left side of invitation.
- Punch 1½” circle from chiffon cardstock.
- Adhere die-cut embellishment on top of chiffon cardstock circle. Add entire piece to invitation as shown, using Pop Dots included in embellishment pack.
