Materials needed:

  • 4” x 5¼” blossom text or cover weight paper—Yours Truly (four per 8½” x 11” sheet)
  • A2 blossom scored card—Yours Truly
  • Chestnut roan chalk ink—ColorBox
  • Sepia Archival Ink
  • VersaMark ink
  • Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner

Suggested tools:

  • Patterned Bugs clear stamp set—Inkadinkado
  • You’re Invited wood-mount stamp—A Muse Artstamps
  • Clear acrylic block or stamp press (to use with clear stamp)
  • Paper trimmer
  • Pencil
  • Ruler

Instructions:

  1. Begin with a horizontal (landscape) letter-sized document in a word-processing program. Adjust margins to ¼” on all sides and create two columns. You will be able to fit two invitations worth of text in each column, one at the top and one at the bottom. Type and format text.
  2. Print text on blossom paper and trim on all sides to create four 4” x 5¼” pieces.
  3. Ink edges of blossom paper using chestnut roan ink and adhere to inside of blossom scored card.
  4. Stamp image in lower right corner of blossom scored card using VersaMark ink.
  5. Stamp sentiment on blossom scored card using sepia ink.
