Materials needed:

  • 4¼” x 6¼” blossom text or cover weight paper—Yours Truly (two per 8½” x 11” sheet)
  • A7 chocolate scallop flat note—Yours Truly
  • Light pink velvet ribbon (3/8” width)
  • Quick-Dry Tacky Adhesive—3M
  • Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner

Suggested tools:

  • Paper trimmer
  • Ruler
  • Pencil
  • Scissors

Instructions:

  1. Begin with a vertical (portrait) letter-sized document in a word-processing program. Adjust your margins to 1” on all sides. Type and format text, leaving space for photo. You will be able to fit two invitations worth of text in the space, one at the top and one at the bottom.
  2. Print text on blossom paper and trim on all sides to create two 4¼” x 6¼” pieces.
  3. Adhere blossom paper to flat scallop note.
  4. Size photo to 3¾” square and adhere to left side of invitation.
  5. Trim two 4¼” pieces of ribbon. Adhere to invitation, overlapping photo as shown, using quick-dry glue.
