The best thing to keep in mind with an "In Memory of" scrapbook is to keep the focus on the photos and memories whoever is being memorialized. You could pick certain events or dates that are meaningful, include funny stories, sad stories, holidays, you name it. We love to ScrapLift, meaning we take an idea we see online or in a book or magazine and twist that design to make it our own and to fit the theme of our project. Check out the "Project Ideas" section of our website for all sorts of inspiration (www.archiversonline.com/ideas).

As far as coloring with your Cricut. We do not have much experience with this, so we went right to the source! Check out this Cricut forum for more information, that will hopefully be helpful: http://www.cricut.com/messageboard/tm.aspx?m=1164987&mpage=1&key=&#1165243 If not, we recommend sending an email to Cricut and they should be able to give you more information.
