I have been appointed the Historian position for the United Daughters of the Confederacy, but live in WI. I will be scrapbooking many pages. How do I keep to the theme w/o having much for relevant embellishments, etc. I can find a few clipart images online. Thank you for any insight. I don't want this to become boring...or a chore.

We have a couple of ideas for you. The first is to keep the same color palette throughout your album, maybe a navy, red, and white. This way the book will stay cohesive, but won't require a whole lot of thinking to create a layout. We have lots of great vintage embellishments in our stores, so those might be something to check out for you scrapbook as well. 7Gypsies and Tim Holtz are great when it comes to vintage! The second idea is a bit more seasonal. We carry great 4th of July products during the beginning of summer, but that varies from year to year. Right now, some Archiver's will have more products in stock than others. If you search "americana" on the Annex, you'll find some great embellishments and products from K&Company that might be perfect for your project!
