Before you stamp the image, try using a Static Pillow on your paper. Here's a link to one we sell on the Annex so you know what it looks like: http://www.archiversannex.com/Goodbye-Static-Anti-Static-Pad-175X25--GBS/default.aspx?PageID=21&CategoryID=63&ProductID=20123&ItemID=45839&RootCatCode=11300. The one we sell in stores has different packaging. To use this great tool, just brush it over your paper before you stamp the image. It should help eliminate the static that keeps the embossing powder where you don't want it. If you still have little bits of embossing powder that you don't want on your paper, try using a fine paint brush to remove the powder. Hope this helps!
