We don't carry any books that specifically talk about adding fabric to scrapbook pages. However, you can use fabric in the same way you use patterned paper on a layout, so if you see an idea in a book, just substitute the patterned paper for a piece of fabric instead! Use a large piece as a background element with your photos on top, or tear a strip and run it along the side of your layout (Keep in mind that you might have to use a stronger adhesive to adhere items to the fabric.). Or, take a strip of fabric and wind it around a Cosmo Cricket Gluber (basically a very large Glue Dot) to make a custom fabric flower for your project. Here's a video that demonstrates Glubers: http://youtu.be/3RXq16qa5HE.
We have lots of idea books to inspire you on the Annex. Check them out here: http://www.archiversannex.com/Books-And-Software/Books/default.aspx?PageID=20&CategoryID=47.
Hope this helps!
