I am in the market for a Cricut or similar product. All I really want to accomplish with it is to cut out page titles and card titles or simple words. i.e. "Michael's Last Day of School" in script, etc. I like the different fonts and sizes...which Cricut model will accomplish this? or are there other products that do the same thing? Price doesn't matter, but it will probably be my only investment for a long time. Thanks

There are a few options out there for die-cutting machines. The Cricut, eclips, and Slice are machines that require cartridges in order to use different shapes and fonts, but also allow you to manipulate the size of the image you want cut out. The Silhouette machine connects to your computer and uses fonts and shapes from your computer or that you have downloaded. There are also machines like the Big Shot and Vagabond, but these require dies. Here's our Guide to Die-Cutting: http://www.archiversonline.com/media/Guide_to_diecutting.pdf
Stop by your local Archiver's anytime and they'll be more than happy to give you a demo on die-cutting machines. You can also check out our great Tool Time class. It's free and shows off all sorts of scrapbooking and crafting tools. Hope this helps!
